🚚 Delivery Timeframe

• Orders are delivered within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends.
• Delivery hours are between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• A confirmation call will be made one day prior to delivery to verify availability and delivery details.

• All meat products are delivered freshly chilled on the same day of slaughter.
• This ensures maximum quality, safety, and taste for our customers.

• Cash payments are not accepted.
• All payments must be completed through the available online or electronic payment options at checkout and or card at delivery.

🔄 Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return conditions carefully:

• Return requests must be submitted on the same day of delivery.
• Products that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned.
• A clear photo of the product must be provided when submitting a return request.
• If a product arrives opened or damaged, it may be returned immediately upon delivery.
• The reason for return must be clearly stated in your request.
